I am a graduate of Ithaca College's Environmental Studies Program, with a concentration in Public Health. I am interested in the environmental and human health benefits of local food production systems. I have experience with building and monitoring Aquaponic systems to produce organic, nutritious vegetables as well as harvest the fish for a local source of protein. I also believe in the importance of environmental education and I am a certified Wilderness Skills Instructor currently in Ithaca, New York.
